Add a label above, or generate a QR to see your real link here.

Final print size may vary—test a scan before large print runs.

How to use this QR code

  1. Grab your link. In Google Business Profile, open your business and copy the link that opens your review form (sometimes labeled “Get more reviews” or similar).
  2. Paste it above. Add your business name and optional label text so the preview matches your brand voice.
  3. Generate & test. Click Generate QR code, then scan the preview with your phone. Download the PNG when you’re happy with it.
  4. Place it where reviews happen. Receipts, table tents, checkout signs, or thank-you cards work well—ask staff to mention it once during a great visit.

Who this tool is for, and how to get the most from it

A short, practical reference for printing and placing your Google review QR code.

Who this is for

Local businesses with frequent face-to-face customers: cafés, restaurants, salons, barbershops, retail stores, dentists, mechanics, contractors, and food trucks. If customers regularly thank you in person, a review QR earns its space.

When to use it

After a positive moment—when the meal arrives, the haircut is finished, the car is fixed, or the receipt prints. Place the QR where customers can pause: receipts, check presenters, restroom frames, or the area beside the card reader.

Print & display tips

Print at least 3 cm (1.2 in) per side for a counter sign. Keep at least 4 mm of clear white margin around the QR. Use matte finish under bright pendant lights. Pair the code with a single-sentence prompt like "Loved your visit? Scan to leave a Google review."

Common mistakes to avoid

Don't ask for "5-star" reviews or offer rewards in exchange for them—Google can remove those reviews. Don't print multiple review QRs in the same spot. Don't shrink the QR below 2.5 cm or place it over a busy background that breaks contrast.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find my Google review link?

Sign in to Google Business Profile, select your business, and look for prompts to share or request reviews. Google often provides a short URL or a link you can copy—use the one that opens directly to the review box, not just your public profile.

Can I change the label after I print materials?

Yes. Update the optional label (or the review link), click Generate QR code again, and download a new PNG. Reprint only the sign or sticker that carries the code.

Does this work for more than one location?

Each location should use its own Google review link if they have separate Business Profile listings. Create one QR per location so reviews land on the right page.

Is this tool free?

LocalQRTools is built to be approachable for small businesses. Pricing may evolve as features are added, but the goal stays the same: simple, practical QR utilities you can actually use.
